Renton Memorial Stadium is owned and operated by the Renton School District. The site is centrally located in the City of Renton, adjacent to the Cedar River, and the North Renton residential neighborhood. The Renton School District uses this single facility for all of its major track and field meets, and all of its football and soccer matches.
With 6,500 seats, Renton Memorial Stadium is the third-largest high school stadium in the Puget Sound region, in terms of capacity. The Stadium has parking for over 1,000 vehicles. The stadium was constructed in 1948 and in 2011, a $7 million renovation project was undertaken.
The Stadium has hosted a variety of sport events, athletic camps, fundraisers and other community activities. It is also available as a filming location.

Tea Palace Asian Restaurant & Banquets

The Tea Palace was established to be the largest fine Asian cuisine banquet restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. The Tea Palace is conveniently located in the Renton Highlands. The Tea Palace has the facilities to accommodate private functions and banquets of up to 800 people. Hosting weddings, special events or corporate functions. The Tea Palace Restaurant offers traditional Chinese, as well as, nontraditional Asian inspired cuisine. They can customize menu options and settings to fit your style and budget.
Silk Lounge Room
With a full service bar, the Silk Lounge Room can host up to 100 guests. Both stage and lighting amenities are available at no additional charge. The Silk Lounge Room can extend to our Common Room for additional 150 guests.
Located in the middle of the restaurant, the Common Room is perfect for a casual family gathering. Hosting up to 15 tables of 10 with no stage available, the room is frequently used to extend the Silk Lounge Room or Main Banquet Room.
Main Banquet Room
With a full size stage complete with lighting, projector and screen, The Main Banquet Room can comfortably host up to 250 guests. Perfect for formal wedding banquet, company award dinner, or fundraising event. Extend to Common room and Silk Lounge for additional 250 guests.

The Events Center is ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, trade shows, breakfast, picnics, commitment ceremonies, cocktail parties, formal dinners, retirement parties, seminars, grand openings, fundraisers, memorial services, dessert buffets, birthdays, anniversaries, theme parties, super bowl parties, reunions, graduations, life celebrations, off-site festivities.
The Event Center is a 10,000 square foot space that has a capacity of up 655 (audience setup) people or 480 (banquet setup). The room can be configured to accommodate smaller events. The Event Center is fully carpeted, has Wi-Fi access and Direct TV access available (fee required), and is operated by Rain City Catering.
On the opposite side of the Pavilion Building, a 570-space civic parking garage provides plenty of parking for Event Center guests. Parking is free for the first two hours, and additional time has a nominal cost. The adjacent space on the site was developed into the Piazza, Renton’s highly acclaimed downtown park. Among other things, the Piazza is the site of the Renton Farmer’s Market, which has been growing in popularity every year.
Renton Community Center

The Renton Community Center is conveniently located along the banks of the Cedar River and provides an ideal location for weddings, receptions, special events, seminars and business meetings. A variety of facilities are available at the Center.
Suitable for receptions, parties, anniversaries and business meetings, the Banquet Room can be divided into three sections to accommodate small and large groups. This is a very attractive setting for your wedding reception or other party or big event. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, a wall of mirrors on its south side, and rolling doors that open onto an expansive patio. The banquet room (with full kitchen) are available to accommodate a variety of needs from theatre-style seating to banquet-style dining (up to 300 people).
Two gyms are available for special event rentals (i.e. trade shows, craft shows, etc.) and require an additional fee for carpet set-up and take down or for special electrical needs. The double gym is available to provide seating for up to 600 people, as well as a 310-seat auditorium for lectures or presentations.
Three meeting spaces are available for small parties, business meetings and seminars. Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 to 50 people.
Technical Support and Furnishings
Audio/visual equipment available at no charge includes microphones (lapel and hand-held), podium/lectern, stage, easel, TV/VCR/DVD, video screen, and extension cords. The building is equipped with wireless internet. Kitchen facilities, stacking chairs, oval banquet tables, mobile buffet tables, six-foot tables, serpentine tables, serving carts, hot dish serving cart, coffee pots, microwave oven, ice machine and dishwasher. No banquet and catering services are available on site.
Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center

The Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center is located at Renton High School and is available for rentals year round. The Center includes a 540 seat theatre, a wrap-around lobby, spacious dressing rooms, a 35 foot fly space, restrooms, on-site parking and parking for 600 cars in the municipal parking garage, which is one-half block away.
The Center is a venue for student theatrical training, a home for local and regional artists and is dedicated to providing outstanding cultural programming for the community. The Center annually hosts the Seattle International Film Festival and a variety of corporate events. The Center’s schedule fills up very quickly on weekends...roughly 4-5 months in advance. Midweek availability is dependent on school district usage.
